Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro instantly — your new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

On the Starter plan, new authentication sessions will be rejected until the next calendar month. On Pro, you will receive an email notification at 80% and 100% of your limit; we will not cut off your service mid-month without notice.
